brief recount for the past two weeks

dear auntie bought me a whole cheesecake apparently but after a night of tv...


holy crap lol. didn't even realize i ate so much. in the end i had to make myself go work out for an hour at 10:30 and then turned insomnic for the rest of the night. thank god it was a friday night.

i really want to become a chef now. or a patisserie person or something. screw that ambition thing haha. i'm becoming a canteen-holic or something because i realised i worked there for 3 days/week this term. i'm finding it really fun handling food and stuff plus you get all this free food : D

now onto other interesting things ... last sunday i got a mother's day present : O *shock horror* i never knew i had a reuben to myself : P

so we eventually met up with julie, went to passionflower for choc pancakes + waffles and dashed for END OF FASHION yaay : D

the show started at around 6:30 and we were pretty happy to see no emof*cks floating around. first i did a fashion scan and concluded with these results: over 70% of people presents wore stripes and over 50% wore converse. i can cope with the converse (well because i was in them too and i'd be a hypocrite if i didn't lol) but the strips kinda made me like i was falsely put in a prison or something lol.
but yeah some of the girls were really hot and there were heaps of private school princesses oh mm mm.

having done no work this holidays i hope motivation will pick up again ;;
school has started and so far there is nothing exciting to be looking forward to... well we had mufti day on thursday but the themes are getting so bad nowadays there is just no motivation to dress up (more like running out of stuff to wear).

second week of holidays came and went pretty smoothly. agh it was pretty relaxing i guess, not doing much special, just going out and seeing people : )

monday: bondi with soph & holly

tuesday: go see anzac day parade, waffles with alice, emily, ann, danny etc.

wednesday: sushi-in' alone and shoe shopping with catherine

thursday: commerce work at hae ran's, dinner with auntie at old vienna house

friday: lunch and shopping with alice

saturday: yumcha and glebe with zie

sunday: learn to make sushi and lounging 

and i'm off to cube now ! : )

got back two days ago but i still feel so fatigued !
duke of ed was a blast eventhough the silver walk felt like it was 100 times harder than the bronze. seriously throughout the walk i was just staring at the feet of the person in front of my and debating in my head whether i will get out of this place alive. most details are boring if you're not there to experience it so i'll just skip to the photos ! fun fun fun : D

so the walk continued and our luck went downhill. first of all, the guy who walks with us, krispian (krispy) DOESN'T tell us when we're going the wrong way so we ended up maybe doing an extra km or 2 to turn back and stuff. yes for the silver duke you actually have to navigate whereas in the bronze there's a clear track for you to walk on -__-;;
AND THEN, IT RAINED.
full on thunder and pouring rain that came and went in 30 minutes oh my god oh my god save me. it refreshed us and gave us some laughs i guess but gee thanks ;; just a random thought that made me giggle too, i was imagining the pack n paddle people busy scooping the water out of their canoes going "oh no we're drowning *spasm* ! "

 
ugh this photo is so ugly but i'm showing you how bad it was lol. hmmm. not impressed.

after the first day i couldn't be bothered to take any pictures because i was near-dying from back pain so i will have to stalk other people's myspaces for resources ; ) but but but here are nice "WE-ARE-CHAMPIONS" photos when we've finally reached the end of our 30km expedition !

speaking of mekela. i am so proud of her <3 <3 i really think she put in a personal best and she was so strong hanging in there despite the difficulty. awww she is the sweetest <3 <3 <3 !

haha yeah there were some bitchy drama but it was pretty minute so not worth the mention. duke of ed was great : P


another girl that i'm really proud of because she volunteered to carry mekela's bag UPHILL and she was such a caring person. *gives jinyu a slice of cheesecake lol*






good old krispy, eventhough he didn't give us a lot directions but we wouldn't have made it without him. <3

at the end of the 3rd day everyone either got picked up or caught a train home. me and catherine however, headed STRAIGHT to gloria jeans and we had cakes hahaha XD oh my god it was soooooo good. though i hate gloria jeans cakes now i don't even know why i go. it makes me feel so greesy and shit after i eat them. eeek but any cake was good enough at that time : D

then that night went to see william and he got us alcohol ! yay i havn't had any (champagne with family does not count) since  .... france omg. that was so long ! >_< ! anyway because i can't keep asking him get them so i am going to treat it like gold ... maybe.

yesterday spent the whole day packing up and cleaning the house. saw moey very briefly to give her b'day present (HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOVELY <3 it's today btw) and then went lounge-dining with guang !

so we're at "cube" lounge bar on george st and they end up telling us we can't bring drinks in (woops i forgot about that rule) ;; but dinner was great, we shared caesar salad and pumpkin lamb risotto with hot chocolate. mmm. i felt bad though because he insisted on paying in the end and the bill was like 40 bucks and i was like "no dude we split it like usual nah nah nah" but in the end he paid and i felt bad x__x;;


yuss. walking around darling harbour to digest a little and find a chatting spot to enjoy our drinks.

blah blah blah received dad's daily check up call at 9 and so i had to go home. i died again at home because i still havn't had a proper sleep since duke of ed. hey hey holidays is going great i feel so happy : D this afternoon is spa time ! yay ! my skin is like a drug addict with all the needle hole looking things that i got from the skinny leaves at duke of ed;; i am scared to even wear shorts now ! (it's too cold anyway)

hey beautifuls ! i am lovin' holidays ! gosh the last week was so stressful : ( !
anyway this holidays i have set a goal for myself ! that is a slice of cake a day to keep my happy hormones up ! so far it's working ! i've had 6 slices of cakes in 4 days ! yes new york cheesecake still remains my favourite but the greentea cheesecake is kicking in too : D oh my god i am getting hungry again just from reflecting on the creaminess and cheeseness ahhhhhhhh ... lol yes a very pointless paragraph oh well it dun matter i guess because no one knows about this lj yet haha !


speaking of food, i made lunch yesterday ! it was salmon/tuna sashimi with vegies and green tea. haha i should join the weightwatchers team because i calculated the whole lunch is only around 800kjs! it's got rice and 2 dishes for just 800kjs! such a bargain : D


william ditched me for dinner again excusing that restaurants are closed on good fridays ... he is full of bullkaka i bet he went clubing instead >: ( ! but luckily i have friends lol. ZIEFOOL is the coolest girl in the world ! we are like ... eat out buddies now ! so friday night she came over, we made dinner and then mucked around until 11pm and we went to get these fish icecream : S ... yeah it was "fish" in terms of a fish shape, the taste is vanilla so it's all good lol. we then headed back home and hanged around the balcony before zie was like "hey are you allowed to chuck things down your building". i was like "well you can think about what can happen if it lands on someone's head : S" and so zie was like "icecream do no harm" and proceeds to throw things off my balcony. yeah like we didn't take anything but we went so high and after we chucked it we watched it land and ran downstairs to pick it back up lol. so then we go and chat chat chat for another hour and we spot this splotch of light in the distance and it looks like a fancy outdoor loungebar in an alleyway and so we're like let's go searching for it ! AND WE DID >: D


and then zie's like "let's go midnight dining" : D
and so we did ...


by the time we got home it was like almost 2 and feeling all junked out we're like yepp. SLEEP.


next day we got up pretty early (like 9am!) and went yumcha XD funniest shit ! but yeah we are like eating like pigs.
zie takes me to glebe and surryhills to teach me do vintage shopping : D it was so exciting and zie bought these really cool overalls ! 


then it was starbucks-ing and zie goes home. i LOVE zie i am marrying her if we are both single by .... 25 ! *zie hides*
and afterwards it was dinner with william which he ditched me twice before. but it was all good, we went to have taiwanese food before heading to darling harbour for icecreams : ) OH i am so excited ! he said he can take me to "places" oh yay ! : D

and ... folks i was bored so i dyed my hair BLOND o________o


i got emo last night playing around with my clothes and make up and i ended up scribbling all over my face. i'm putting this under a cut because it's rather scary for ... young children. man i was so surprised at how the photos came out. there really isn't much theme or  meaning to it except i was like fully focusing on my index finger for no reason ....
